Global Equipment & Trading offers several services for Oil and Gas Drilling Companies. If your drilling company is in need of rig upgrades, additional rigs, or even if you need a partner to expand your operations, we can help. We represent several US drilling companies and US drilling rig manufactures that have entrusted our company for the resell of their equipment, and for the negotiations of International partnerships. Due to a very soft natural gas price market in the United States, our US drilling clients we represent, are seeking to utilize their equipment and even their personnel for expansion in the International Markets. Our US drilling rig clients work with International Drilling companies in several capacities and offer several purchasing and partnership options:

  • Rig/equipment Sales: our US drilling clients and Manufacturer clients work with Global Equipment and Trading for the sale of their equipment. This is our primary focus and buyer suitability is required
  • Rig/Equipment Leasing and staffing: as an alternative to a purchase, a few of our US drilling clients can offer a lease for the rig with or without senior level drilling personnel to accompany the rig; it is much easier to purchase rather than leasing. Financial strength of any company wishing to lease equipment should be much stronger than if they were purchasing. Our US drilling clients will only work in select areas with reputable drilling operators with very strong financials and an extensive operating history
  • Revenue Sharing
  • Profit Sharing
  • Joint Ventures
  • Mergers and Acquisitions

We offer several make/model and size drilling rigs; quick moving, desert environment, winter environment, specialty walking rigs, and build to spec rigs, all ranging in sizes from 500hp to 3000hp. We also have partial rigs, workover rigs, rig components, drill pipe, and drill bits.

All rigs and or equipment are subject to availability and buyer suitability. Our US drilling rig clients only work with reputable companies in regards to partnerships, leasing, purchasing, or other venues. Please be aware that prior to forwarding out drilling rig inventories, rig pricing, and arranging rig site inspections: Our US clients require that we provide them with proof of your financial capabilities!
